for Caring Transitions Franchisees

Please complete the form to apply to take the CRTS™ exam. The exam fee is $350. You may optionally sign-up for our Online Study guide for an additional $49. You will have access to the guide until you take the exam. Instructions for accessing the guide (if purchased) will follow within 2 business days. It is important to note that the Study Guide is meant to guide you through the domains that are covered on the exam and is not an answer key for the exam.

Beginning January 22, all exams will be remotely proctored by RPNow. Please review this page for requirements.

Your online exam link will follow within 1 business day from the third party professional testing organization, Meaningful Measurement. Once you have completed the exam  your score will be processed and you will be notified of your "pass/fail" status. Additional information, including Registry, logos, links and access to CRTS™ only sections of this website will be forwarded. Once you have joined the registry, you will have the ability to login to the website at any time to maintain your certification status and registry information that you choose to make public.

It is a requirement for all who achieve a passing score on the CRTS™ exam to comply with the Standards and Rules set forth in the Code of Conduct.  Click to access and review the CRTS™ Code of Conduct and Ethics Complaint Procedure documents. By selecting “I Agree” to the compliance statement and by providing your electronic signature, you are agreeing to uphold the Professionalism, Integrity, and Confidentiality standards as a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist™. You may access these documents at anytime by visiting the CRTS™ Website.

Should you not pass the exam, the testing organization will contact you directly with retake information. The discounted fee to retest for Caring Transitions is $175 (normal price is $350). Application and exam fees are non-refundable.

Before beginning the application process, you may want to review the test plan.

We wish you the best of luck on your examination!
